Liam Annetts is a South West based Personal Trainer operating out of Progress Gym in Yeovil.
Liam provides a fresh, fun and driven approach to Training by educating and empowering his clients with the knowledge and confidence they need to supersede their desired fitness goals. It was Liam's own personal recovery and rehabilitation from a severe motocross accident disabling him for sometime, that led him to a career in Sport and Fitness.
As a very passionate Personal Trainer Liam is dedicated to helping his clients get the best results they can, safely, via sensible and proven exercise and nutrition techniques.
Working closely together with Southwest Sports Therapy, Liam will focus on all aspects of training - nutrition, form, technique, training structure and the different methods that can be implemented to ensure training is constructed with maximum effect according to rehabilitation plans and personal fitness plans thereafter.

- Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Level 1 Kettle Bell Instructor
- Boxercise Instructor
- Alere Cholesterol LDX & Blood Glucose Certified
- First Aid Qualified
